License Coverage and Technical Support¶
- By default, any features described in the User’s Guide and NOT explicitly listed in the following tables are included in the standard release and under the standard technical support.
- Some of the features in the following table are included in the standard release, but not under the standard technical support. Users have the right to use or customize them. Technical support for these features is typically a paid service.
- If a feature is not included in the standard release and not under the standard technical support, it typically requires purchasing a separate license for the upgrade.
- Some of the features in the following table are released under a trail license. Features under a trial license may require a separate commercial license or become part of the standard release in the future. We also reserve the right to remove a feature or functionality under a trial license in the future release. Trial license lasts for the entire period of time between two major releases. It may or may not be extended in the next major release.

The Tool provides a variety of infrastructural support and data mining functions to extract the ‘business intelligence’ from the large volume of information and then creates visualizations to present the extracted ‘business intelligence’ intuitively. |

The Tool fully supports CIM extensions. Because the CIM-aware functions, such as validation, are metadata-driven in the Tool, users can customize these metadata to support CIM extensions, a key requirement of many CIM-related projects. |
