Discovery of “Interesting Data”¶
A reality-based CIM model is large is size. It contains large volume of data. Finding the data of interest is difficult. While the navigation-tree based model exploration provides quick way to locate the CIM object in various model hierarchies. It requires user to know the context information, such as in which Substation the equipment is located. The Tool provides alternate approaches to find the CIM object based on limited information, such as partial name of an equipment. By leveraging these information searching wizards, users are able to rapidly find the CIM objects as well as their context information.
